CMM Measuring Quality Control for CNC Machining

RDL Machine, Inc. utilizes Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology to ensure minimal mistakes and high-quality precision parts. CMM Measuring utilizes three-dimensional parts measurement for improved accuracy in measuring height, width and depth. Our CMM measurement process allows us to measure otherwise difficult-to-measure parts under quick turnaround times. The granite surface plate of our measurement system ensures long-term high-accuracy measurement that doesn’t damage the surface of the component. CMM measurement takes place within our temperature-controlled inspection room.
